The damp film seeping in
on the speckles of light
spattering the swamped skyline
One by one the illuminated portrait
of light cuts to darkness.
Another curtain drawn
blocking out the citys prying eyes
the muted screen plays to a live audience
tuning into life beyond the cameras lense.
